Also, we have made additions and upgrades to our Kitchen Chemistry project.  If the cold weather has you stuck inside all weekend it is a great time to do some experimenting.  And, the Kitchen Chemistry project has the information you need to start making discoveries right in your own home!  Happy Experimenting!
